• There is a $25 NON REFUNDABLE deposit that needs to paid before your appointment via cashapp ($iLashObsession or (305-801-9486). THE REMAINING BALANCE IS TO BE PAID IN CASH & CASH ONLY!! If you have any issues, please text (305)-801-9486.

 

• As always we LOVE THE BABIES HOWEVER, PLEASE DON’T BRING CHILDREN, BABIES OR ANY EXTRA GUEST with you to your appointment unless their being serviced as well.

 

• I am ONLY allowing a 5-minute grace period. If you are 10 minutes late a $15 late fee will be added to your services, and every minute after 10 minutes will be an addition $1 added to your service. IF YOU ARRIVE MORE THEN 15 MINUTES LATE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT IT WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CANCELLED with lost deposit. PLEASE be mindful of the time and come ON TIME!

 

• If you are cancelling your appointment, please be advised that you have to cancel 24 hours in advance for you to transfer your $25 deposit to a new appointment date. You are ONLY allowed to reschedule up to 14 days later, anything after 14 days you will have to pay a new $25 deposit.

 

• If you are wanting to reschedule your appointment, it will have to be done 24 hours BEFORE your CURRENT appointment for you to transfer your $25 deposit. You are ONLY allowed to reschedule up to 14 days later, anything after 14 days you will have to pay a new $25 deposit.

 

• PLEASE ARRIVE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH A CLEAN MAKE UP FREE EYES for lashes, and a CLEAN MAKE UP FREE FACE for facials.
